Profile:
Mr. Frank H. Shi, was graduated respectively from the University of Glasgow in the United Kingdom with a Master degree in commercial law, the Jilin University in China with a Master degree in international law, and the Hangzhou Electronic Engineering University in China with a Bachelor degree in electronic engineering and a Diploma in international trade.

Passing the China Bar Exam in 1997, Frank Shi was admitted to be a formal licensed practising lawyer in May 2000. He has practiced Chinese law and international commercial law in Guanghe Law Firm for more than 11 years and acted as its Senior Partner and the Director of its International Affairs Team before he joined AllBright Law Offices, Shenzhen Office in June 2011 as Partner.

The legal fields Mr. Frank Shi practise in include Capital Market, Security and Finance, Real Estate, International Investment, International Trade, International IP Protection, Anti-trust and Competition, Anti-dumping, International Litigation and Arbitration. He has advised for many trans-national M&A deals, overseas listing, FDI, outbound investment by Chinese enterprises, VC and PE projects, conducted special legal research for governments and agencies, and represented both foreign and Chinese clients in international litigation and arbitration in various jurisdictions.

Mr. Frank Shi now act as the Committeeman of the WTO Committee of Guangdong Lawyers Association, the Vice Director of the Foreign Affairs Committee, the Legal Counsel of Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Association, and the Commissioner of the Entrepreneurs Commission of Shenzhen Democracy Promotion Association, among other active social positions.
