Mr. Frank Shi received his Master of Laws degrees respectively from the University of Glasgow (UK) and the Jilin University (China). He also got a Bachelor degree in Engineering and International Trade from Hangzhou Dianzi University (China) in his early age.

With more than 10 years of professional experience in practicing international and Chinese commercial law, His expertise includes legal services in the fields of international trade and investment, financial and banking, maritime affairs and transportation, commercial litigation and arbitration etc.

He has successfully advised many big international business deals and conducted lots of international commercial litigation and arbitration involving various jurisdictions. Some credentials were from big names such as SCB Bank, CSG Glass, SY Transportation, MicroTech Electronics, Golden Trust, Border Advertisement etc.

In the fields of international litigation and arbitration, he has represented for dozens of companies, including both Chinese and foreign companies, in courts or arbitration tribunals across different jurisdictions, including PRC, Hong Kong SAR, Singapore and the United Sates.
